Our specialized direct mail programs include:

• Merge/Purge - Combines multiple files to create one master file, eliminating duplicate records.
• Duplication Elimination - This guarantees a prospect will receive only one piece of mail or outbound telephone call.
• Nth Name Selection - Alternately divides master list into random equal lists. Provides for partial file selection based upon a predetermined numerical sequence.
• Carrier Route and Zip Sort - Maximizes postal savings.
• Gender Coding - Allows the appending of name titles (e.g. Mr. or Ms.)
• Report Writing - Creates reports based upon any desired criteria previously entered. These reports can be produced on paper, diskette or CD ROM.
• Label Formatting - Produces Cheshire or pressure sensitive labels for personalization.
• Data Entry - Our data entry system employs a key and verify procedure, reducing the possibility of inaccurate data being entered.
• Printing Services - Our laser printers are capable of providing high-quality personalized letters. Additionally, we can provide custom pre-printed forms, inserts, brochures, catalogs and all varieties of envelopes.
• Lettershop Facilities - Complete lettershop capabilities include folding, inserting, inkjetting, labeling, sealing, bundling and delivery to Post Office.
